Everything went well. I was nervous at first. But ounce i got into the operating room. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Don’t even remember having the procedure. No pain or hangover.

The only thing I will mildly critique is the person who checked me in. She wasn't very personable. I love Rebecca and her MA. They are both very caring humans, and very professional. My labs were ordered and rxs sent very quickly! KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE! God bless y'all for caring!

Being new in Kingman, having to find a new provider is nerve wrecking. Michelle is very easy to explain my symptoms to! I feel lucky to have found her as a provider.

First dr. I met in kingman that listen to my complaints and symptoms and didnt just give an excuse or some off the wall reason for my ailments she is getting down to the point of examination of the problems causing the problems. She very well educated in her job of medicine. If i was a multimillionaire i would hire her as a personal physician. Seen many a doctor here in kingman and she's far the best . That you for finding and employing a true physician for kingman.

Yes and no on the first question, Jocelyn did her job to perfection. But those chairs and patient tables need to be in the dumpster. Those WHITE walls and ceiling light is pitiful. Your facility needs to be updating. Oh and don’t forget to remove the staple from chair.

Michelle Fletcher is wonderful! She really cares and spent a bit of time with me. I felt like I wasn't just killing part of her day. She explained things thoroughly and gave referrals to me for some ongoing isuuis that I have otherwise not gotten treatment for. Michelle is the best! Great experience! Didn't wait very long at all once checked in. Highly recommend!
